The Beautiful Clinic is run by Roseann Ransome.  Roseann is a regulated and registered FIOT Surgical & Aesthetics Practitioner.  She is a surgical care practitioner in the NHS and a private aesthetics practitioner, which is regulated by the health professionals council.  She is insured with the medical protection society and is a Harley Street Qualified Aesthetics practitioner in Botox and dermal fillers.

As part of the Be Beautiful Expert Aesthetic Practitioners our doctor is a GMC registered surgeon, with an interest and practice in Aesthetic medicine and treatments.

Our doctor will also undertake consultations for our practitioners where applicable, or as a point of law.

Consultations will be undertaken for all new clients and clients with health issues wanting aesthetic treatments.

Fillers

Dermal fillers are injections used to fill out wrinkles and creases in the skin. They can also be used to increase the volume and definition of the lips and cheeks, to enhance or give a rejuvenated appearance. Often used in conjunction with anti-wrinkle injections, AKA Botox

The Treatment lasts around 8-18 months depending on the area and the type of filler used.

Generally the treatment will take 25-45 minutes, depending on the area being treated and may require local anaesthetic.

HIFU or Ultherapy

HIFU (High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound) is a non-surgical alternative to facelift which uses ultrasound technology to target the deep structural layers of the skin to kick start the body’s natural healing response. This encourages blood flow and collagen production which leads to tightening of the tissue on the face, neck, and brow line creating visibly tighter, brighter and lifted skin.

You will see noticeable continued improvement in facial contouring, fine lines and wrinkles for up to 6 months!

The needs of each client will be discussed beforehand in a free consultation.

FAQs

How long does the treatment take? Treatment time is 30-60 minutes, depending on the target area.

When can I go back to work? Immediately! This treatment has no down time.

When will the results show? You will see initial results from your treatment immediately, but the full effects of the treatment will be seen after 4-8 weeks as collagen is renewed, and continued improvements can be seen for up to 6 months.

How often should I have HIFU? We recommend HIFU every six months to keep up the amazing results.

Does it hurt? Clients do not report pain; however there are areas of the face that are more sensitive such as the brow and jaw, which can cause a slight discomfort.

Are there any side effects? There might be a slight redness and tingling directly following the procedure, but this subsides very quickly.

Mesotherapy & Dermal Needling

Mesotherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment which employs multiple injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications, plant extracts, vitamins, and other ingredients into subcutaneous fat, to enhance health and skin tightening.

Dermal Needling is a more superficial injection, into the Dermis, to promote health and tightening of the dermal layers.

The procedure takes up to 30 minutes, but will require application of anaesthetic cream for an hour prior to treatment.

A course of 6 treatments 4 weeks apart is recommended.

Thread Vein Removal

The unique AW3® system carefully filters this light in two ways to ensure that only light with the correct characteristics (wavelengths) is allowed to reach your skin. Blood contains hemoglobin that absorbs the light and converts it into heat. This heat destroys the protein in the wall of the thread vein. As a result the veins will gradually, and safely, disappear after treatment. 1- 4 Treatments recommended Intervals 4 – 6 weeks apart.
