At Be Beautiful we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll accept returns for products purchased from and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

We try to ensure products are not damaged in transit and arrive to you in good condition. If you receive goods which are damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of your purchase.

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact us as soon as possible.

All returns must be pre-approved by Be Beautiful Health & Beauty Centre Ltd.

Please contact us within 48-hours should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Contact Be Beautiful at with a picture of your order and clearly showing the items in your possession. We will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
  2. We will contact you within 3-5 working days with instructions for returns.
  3. All faulty goods will be examined by us to check the goods are faulty and have not been damaged. We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
  4. It is your responsibility to repackage the items for return.
  5. If you are returning items, you can send them by post (at your expense unless faulty/damaged) or drop the items into one of our shops.
